(C) to free your business from the “human factor” (HF), which interferes with making profit, and endow robots with income generation.
If we analyse the situation, we list the most frequent problems of the (HF) that interfere with production, where the employee does not go to work:
– Misfortunes at relatives or at him;
– Got sick;
– Late or broken personal transport;
– Vacation, holiday, day off;
– Quit;
– Got offended;
– Died;
The employee is present, but did not complete the work due to:
– Did not have time;
– Did not manage;
– Forgot;
– Did not understand the task;
– Just laziness;
And you may hear thousands of such excuses in different interpretations. It doesn’t matter to the business owner what the reason is – the consequence is always the same = lost profit.
Consider the situation if the unit for creating money is a robot. It turns out that there are only three problems:
– The equipment is stolen;
– The equipment is broken;
– There is simply no power;
Moreover, repair and equipment maintenance is cheaper than paying an employee for a vacation. And even if the robot is completely out of order, commissioning a new unit is always easier and faster than training a new employee.
As a result, we now have an ideal (C) in which there is no (HF). Money is created by robots that work without lunch breaks and breaks 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The more robots put into operation, the more stable the business.
